Supervisor (Nights)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hourly Rate: £11.94
Hours: 10pm-6am Monday-Friday
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
We are recruiting for a supervisor for a well-established and reputable client of ours based in Carlisle.
Main Responsibilities
* Be fully aware of and ensure the team is fully aware of all health and safety and food safety regulations displayed at the site and is fully trained in all associated matters, e.g., accidents and emergency procedures.
* Be aware of and report potential health and safety hazards.
* Ensure equipment is operational and that monitors are in place to minimise disruption to the day-to-day operation of the site
* Lead by example and effective supervision in ensuring that an exemplary service is given to every customer on every occasion.
* Ensure that customer service standards are maintained at a high level.
* Complete all reasonable additional duties/projects as requested by management.
What we need from you:
* Previous experience within a supervisory role.
* An understanding of what good customer service should look like
* Basic food Hygiene and health and safety.
* Ability to work under pressure both as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Training will be provided but you must be willing to apply yourself and learn new skills
