Elevation Recruitment HR are proud to be working with a well known Retail Company seeking a Systems Trainer to join their Training & Development department. This is an excellent opportunity to make this brand new role of a Systems Trainer your own.

Systems Trainer responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Develop, design and maintain digital learning solutions
• Evaluate training to ensure that the learning objectives have been met and make suggestions for improvements
• To understand MAS ORACLE and other systems in order to assist others to understand and work effectively with them
• Coach individuals in a 1-1 setting and in classroom environments on IT and systems issues where this is identified as the best solution
• Deliver face to face and virtual training to the identified colleagues to upskill and meet the development needs

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and passionate about learning and coaching.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience delivering Google Microsoft / Sheets training
