Job Description

Job Opportunity: FP&A ManagerOur client, a rapidly growing PE-backed business in the Insurance sector, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager. This role involves financial planning and analysis for their commercial/corporate division. The business has a turnover of £75m, over 500 employees, and is growing at 20% per annum.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Align strategy and performance management
  • Provide high-quality budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Anaplan implementation
  • Business partnering across the commercial division

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • 3+ FP&A experience
  • Experience as a Finance Business Partner
  • Background in financial services, insurance or other service sector businesses is desirable
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential and experience with Anaplan is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands and prioritise effectively
