Your new role



This planning solicitor role will see you join the Manchester office but work as part of a national team. You will provide general planning advice, including s106 and s278 agreements, handle CPO matters, public inquiry work, enforcement issues and High Court litigation. In addition, you will be involved in judicial review matters as well as providing support on corporate transactions. The firm has an excellent client list spanning a number of sectors and you can look forward to working on some cutting edge projects.



What you'll need to succeed



You should be a planning lawyer at NQ level or with up to 3 years' pqe. With solid planning experience, you should have the ability to forge strong relationships both internally and with clients.
