Temporary Administrator
£12 per hour
Nottingham
Contract: 6 weeks
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (office-based)
Start Date: ASAP
Our client is an innovative science and research organisation who are looking for an Administrator to join their Healthcare department.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining accurate records/documentation associated with your work
- Booking in samples received
- Inputting patient data into their clinical database
- Supporting the courier in packaging cases to send off and ensuring these are returned to the customer
- Completing administrative tasks such as typing reports and sending email correspondence
- Filing, scanning and archiving documentation
- Working closely with other departments such as the laboratory department to ensure cases are reported in a timely manner
Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role essential - office support / data entry/ admin/ customer service
- Strong attention to detail is paramount!
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word
