Purpose of the Role

Working as part of a focused central team, the role supports the malt sites management teams by providing effective management of site financial & purchasing systems, procedures, documentation and archiving, including the analysis, interpretation and generation of financial reports.

To support the site management teams with administration tasks to support HMRC compliance requirements

To support the site management teams with CARM control and archiving of electronic documents

Key Accountabilities

All SAP /Coupa administration for the management of purchase order requisitioner and order placement for all Malt Distilling sites

Responsible for SAP/Coupa workflows, maintaining the adherence to PtP processes for purchase order management

Prepare monthly budget reports from SAP and support site management review of performance to budget

Assist sites with annual budget setting process

Prepare the quarterly W21 HMRC task for sites and provide for site management to finalise and verify

Archiving & CARM Control – Ordering process and site electronic documents

Qualifications

Completed an externally recognised qualification in business administration or equivalent

Experience

Experience of working in a team and meeting the demands of a busy office environment

Proficient in the use of standard business (MS Office) and Diageo packages (SAP, Coupa, Concur, Discoverer)
