***Site Manager Required For Tier 1 Contractor - NI Based Projects***

We are delighted to be assisting our client, who is a highly successful Tier 1 contractor, in their recruitment of a Site Manager for fit-out & small works throughout Northern Ireland. The company has been established for over 50 years and has delivered some of the most iconic projects at a local level for much of this time. Your new role
You will be joining their specialist fit out & minor works division based on the outskirts of Belfast taking responsibility for the lifecycle of projects allocated to yourself to include understanding the contract, issuing permits & making application were necessary, liaising with the Project Managers & Commercial team, raising NCR’s were appropriate, assessing subcontractors performance & adhering to health, safety & CDM legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to perform this role, you will require a CSCS or CSR card and be SMSTS qualified with First Aid at Work & a professional qualification being desirable. Relevant construction experience in commercial, retail, healthcare, education, refurbishment and/or new build would be advantageous along with temporary works experience. You will be working in a team environment, therefore the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively is crucial.
