Responsible for UK B2B income generation and target achievement, you will source, promote, manage and build client relationships with businesses primarily based within the UK and generate sales of our products to them, to grow the business and brand.

Account Management – New ClientsContact and management of new clients by: Telephone, Email and other Digital communications such as SkypeRecording of communications and contact points on CRM SystemMaintenance and updating of all client information on CRM SystemClient profiling to make targeted stock offersSales based pricing negotiationUpselling of products & order buildingRelationship building and business developmentMonitor and increase sales levels to customers Working to KPI’s to achieve sales targetsPromotion of company services such as Sales PortalsVisiting clients where necessary for business developmentBusiness Development – New ClientsProactive sourcing of new customers/clientsIntroduction of Global to new businessesWinning new businessConducting due diligence on proposed new clientsClient profile buildingMaking bespoke offers for new clientsAttending UK exhibitions to represent the companyPeople & Communication – UK B2B TeamContribute to high levels of employee engagement and team spiritAct as a role model by being accountable for setting & demonstrating high standards of behaviourBuild trust and credibility to develop strong working relationships with all key stakeholders and managers in the businessAdministration & Internal Account ManagementCompletion of sales orders and job cards for the warehouse where requiredLiaising with the Purchasing Team Assisting with the production of product pricingOrder Processing when requiredSales forecastingDevelop, maintain and providing exceptional product knowledge to customersCreation of bespoke stock offers for clientsResponding to inbound information requestsProactive shipment status checking / delivery monitoringDeal pack production and checkingWorking as part of a team to achieve company targets and sharing best practiceProactive and positive contribution to meetingsAdvanced Replacement – working within operational structures for client services
