Geography Teacher
Location: South East England, Berkshire, Reading
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Salary: £130 - £190 Per day

Job Duties:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Geography lessons to students
Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
Create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement
Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the national curriculum
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Degree in Geography or related field
Experience in teaching Geography at the secondary level
Education:
Degree in Geography or related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience:
Teaching Geography at the secondary level
Knowledge and Skills:
Thorough understanding of the national curriculum for Geography
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong classroom management abilities
Ability to motivate and inspire students
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate qualification in Education
Experience in teaching Geography at the A-Level
Working Conditions:
Part-Time hours
Regular classroom setting in a secondary school
Potential involvement in extracurricular activities or school events

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
