Responsibilities as the Sous Chef

• Creating a wide array of delicious dishes to be served to up to 1500 guests
• Working closely alongside the talented Head Chef to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
• Going above and beyond to elevate your kitchen management and culinary skills
• Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
