Job Description

Are you an experienced Project Manager actively seeking a new and challenging opportunity. Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading main contractor who cover a wide variety of different construction sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Transport, Life Science, Retail, Health care, Leisure and Residential. This main contractor is rapidly growing and has an annual turnover of circa £700milion.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager role:

Number one on site, leading the project on delivery and client side
Seen a project through from cradle to grave - from involvement with PCSA, working alongside the design team, ground works through to delivery and handover
Responsible for Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
Understanding the contract requirements as set out by the tender documentation and understanding the project conditions of the contract
Lead subcontractor procurement process and appointed in a timely manner
Manage a Site team of site staff and subcontractors Requirements for the Project Manager role:

Ideally come from a Degree Qualified background or Civil Engineering background
Been a number one on site on large scale projects i.e. £100milllion plus
Strong on Project Programming and delivery
