• Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of repair and maintenance skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. This role involves performing various tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and functional.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
  Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.
  Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  Install and repair doors, windows, drywall, and other fixtures.
  Assemble and install furniture and appliances.
  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
  Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  
  Qualifications:
  Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar role.
  Proficient at using hand and power tools.
  Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in various environments.
