• A passion to pursue outstanding customer service with a natural fun-loving, warm and friendly personality
• A desire to make every guest happy by offering a unique experience which goes beyond their expectations
• A sociable personality who engages easily with guests, is intuitive to what they are looking for and identifies how to offer more
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Previous experience as a host or in a customer-facing role in hospitality.
• Ability to handle busy environments with poise and professionalism.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Welcome and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanour.
• Manage bookings and provide accurate waiting times during busy periods.
• Create a positive first impression, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Answer guest inquiries and maintain a high level of hospitality throughout the experience.
