Rate: £15 - £20 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 8:30 AM 3:30 PM

• Support Classroom Learning: Work closely with the classroom teacher to facilitate lessons, assist with group activities, and provide one-on-one support to students.
• Encourage Student Participation: Motivate students to participate actively in lessons, helping them to build confidence and social skills.
• Assist with Classroom Management: Help maintain a structured, respectful classroom atmosphere that supports learning.
• Observe and Report on Student Progress: Monitor individual student progress and share observations with the teacher to inform future lesson planning.

• Prior experience as a TA in primary school is ideal, though a relevant qualification is also valuable.
• Understanding of child development stages to help tailor support according to each students needs.
• Ability to engage and interact positively with children, teachers, and parents.
• A supportive attitude that fosters a welcoming, encouraging classroom for all students.
