A bit about the job:
In this role you will:
- Represent Aviva in the Strategic Account broker market, promoting a customer-centric approach and encouraging positive relationships with key brokers
- Lead deal negotiations with senior stakeholders, coordinating financial agreements and managing broker expectations to ensure service delivery
- Prepare detailed internal reports based on financial insights and data
- Work efficiently with a virtual team to supervise and influence broker performance and gather feedback
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze and interpret financial data; number literate with a keen understanding of financial metrics.
- Strong and eloquent communicator with the ability to build positive relationships and influence others across a range of business areas and all levels of seniority.
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Proven track record in deal negotiation, broker engagement, and account management

- Starting salary circa £85,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days
