Lead Generator (Commercial Energy)
Newcastle Quayside
Up to £35k per annum (OTE £65k+)
ThreeSixty Talent are delighted to be representing an extremely successful Newcastle Quayside based Energy Consultancy. After an extremely successful 2024, they have growth plans throughout 2025 and beyond, and are looking for experienced Lead Generators to add to their team.

Responsibilities:
* Identify sales opportunities through questioning
* Eliminate objections using up to date market/product information
* Present unique solutions which will save our customers time, money and reduce their costs
* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers
* Manage your existing customer accounts and renewals
* To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs
* Always adhere to the sales compliance rules – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards
* To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisations CRM system
* Attend on-going training and coaching sessions
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
* Ensure compliance with all company operating policies and procedures
What We Would Like From You:
* Worked in a Sales Executive capacity previously
* Proven track record within outbound sales
* Worked against daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s and targets
* Thorough understanding of the sales process
* Can develop and maintain knowledge of the business market.
* Skilled in managing your own workload
* Excellent communication skills
Experience:
* Outbound sales experience
* Worked within a team
* Experience in delivering well above target
* Worked in a fast paced, high volume sales environment
