Job Description

Are you an ecommerce expert with experience leading a growing multiple ecommerce websites and supporting businesses through website migrations and site launches? Working with a growing direct-to-consumer business based in Cambridge, paying up to £48,000 with exceptional benefits inclusive of an on site gym, you will be required to be in the office 3 days a week, collaboration with the marketing and business development team. This role will focus on driving revenue through website optimisation, strategic merchandising, and enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and optimise daily website performance; define and execute ecommerce strategy; prioritise product development and CRO initiatives.
Develop and adjust product placements and category strategies; manage listings, product feeds, and promotions to drive sales.
Manage budgets, guide team development, coordinate with agencies, and oversee marketplace activities (e.g. Amazon, QVC).
Set KPIs with data teams, monitor metrics, and leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
Lead the Shopify site launch, ensure site compliance, manage inventory accuracy, and align initiatives with company goals.
Skills & Experience Required

3+ years in a similar D2C Ecommerce Manager role, preferably in subscription, health, or wellness.
Proven growth-driver with a customer-first approach and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics and CRO tools.
