What You’ll Do:
Prepare Nutritious Meals
: Create high-quality, seasonal dishes that are both nourishing and enjoyable, tailored to the needs of elderly residents and those with special dietary requirements.
Craft Person-Centered Menus
: Develop menus that offer variety and choice, working closely with residents to honor their preferences.
Manage Inventory
: Oversee stock levels, ensuring ingredients are fresh and budgeting is carefully managed.
Collaborate with Our Team
: Work under the guidance of the Home Manager, and lead our friendly kitchen team in delivering the best dining experience.
Maintain High Standards
: Ensure all food safety and hygiene practices are consistently upheld to create a safe environment for residents and staff.

Passionate Chef
: You love food and have the culinary skills to deliver quality, nutritious meals.
Great Communicator
: Excellent communication skills to engage with residents and work effectively with the team.
Caring & Compassionate
: A genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of our residents.
Multitasking Pro
: Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, balancing quality and efficiency.
Experience in Care Settings
: Previous experience in the care sector is a plus, but we provide full training for the right candidate.
