North Market Clinics Manager

Better Medicine. Better Care.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESMinimum three years medical practice leadership/management experience. Bachelor's degree with coursework in a healthcare related field preferredExperience in financial and human resource management.Experience in managing practice revenue cycle including front desk and scheduling processes together with billing processes. Experience in managing and maintaining compliance within a medical practice. Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Excellence: Oversees daily clinic operations including staff management, customer service, clinic workflow, quality, safety, and efficiency.Personnel Management: Performs all local human resource functions including employee hiring, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Financial Management: Manages clinic budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies including State inspections, as applicable.Stakeholder Management: Represents Urology Austin/specific clinics very professionally in relationships with other health organizations, government agencies and third party payers.Direct Reports: All Patient Service Representatives, Medical Assistants, LVNs, RNs, and all other clinic staff in their assigned site location(s).Reports to: Regional Market PresidentUrology Austin is a nationally recognized urology practice committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients.
