What are we looking for
At Stone Systems (www.stone-systems.com) we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager for our Shop located in Raleigh, NC, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
What you will do
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the customers in the assigned area with the objective of increasing sales and optimization of the products defined in the Business Plan. This includes reviewing previous sales results, pursuing more effective training and setting goals for sales teams. The Territory Sales Manager is ultimately responsible for the customer accounts and meeting sales budgets for the designated area.

Wage Range:
The annual Starting salary for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000 annually.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
Benefits:
The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability and Basic Life and Supplemental Insurance. You will also be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan, starting the first of the month.
Paid time off:
Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Company's policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1, employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.

The Territory Sales Manager is ultimately responsible for the customer accounts and meeting sales budgets for the designated area.
Job Expectations:
- Visit home centers and K&Bs to promote the service of fabrication.
- Follow-up with retail leads
- Manage customer expectations, needs, and concerns to encourage the consumption and sale of new products.
- Update the system with customer visits/information
- Develop key content for promotional material
- Provide training on the features and attributes of the product
- Deliver marketing materials assigned to the client according to their value (segmentation)
- Communicate and manage the "Display Policy"
- Streamline the sales and marketing work through promotions and facilitation of visits to the assigned home centers
- Penetrate the geographic area with Cosentino core products
EXPERIENCE
Required:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience working with box stores and kitchen and bath dealers.
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- CRM/Salesforce knowledge
Required:
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
