PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. PacLease is one of the fastest-growing commercial truck leasing companies in the transportation industry. Requisition Summary

We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to help us realize our vision of becoming North America’s largest full-service leasing company. This opportunity to join the PacLease operations team will represent our mission and dedication to enhancing the leasing experience through technology, training and working with talented people.
The Operations organization is critical to the success of PACCAR’s franchises, providing administrative support, exceptional customer service, strong organizational habits and continuous improvement into our business. This role of Administrative Specialist will also be responsible for customer billing and account payable management, tax and licensing, customer and vendor management, facility expense management, fleet records management, and leverage new technologies driving increased productivity and customer satisfaction at PACCAR Leasing Company.
The ideal candidate has a four-year Bachelor’s degree, is detail-oriented, and has exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. This candidate must also be committed to supporting PACCAR Leasing’s vision to become North America’s largest full-service leasing company.
Job Functions / Responsibilities Administrative Tasks:
Accounts receivable (follow-up & collection)
Accounts payable
Manage customer account set up and weekly payments via ACH
Processing of vendor invoices
Process and bill back of Tolls
Manage office supplies and ordering
Fuel and DEF monthly inventory and weekly billing.
Fleet Administration:
Serves as PeopleNet fleet administrator.
Performs monthly lease billing.
Maintains insurance compliance for truck lease units.
Administers fuel tax missing trips and fuel follow-up.
Responsible for PACCAR solutions administration.
Assist and support other Company Stores’ Operations as needed.
Qualifications Two or more years related administrative or truck rental experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service oriented.
High attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills required.
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at one time.
Ability to prioritize work load based on changing goals and focus.
