This role involves overseeing crucial administrative functions, assisting the Cemetery Manager, and providing empathetic support to families during difficult times. Responsibilities include clerical support, financial accounting, scheduling, record-keeping, and assisting with the preparation of reports and budgets. Pay Structure This opportunity is non-exempt and on Pay Grade 8. The full Pay Grade range is shown for growth and development opportunities within the grade. Salary determination is supported by budget availability and qualifications of the candidate to maintain internal equity. Hiring Range: $22.17 Min $22.17 ($46,119) Mid $27.15 ($56,479) Max $32.15 ($66,862) Candidate Engagement Plan November 1-17: Accepting Applications. Eligibility Experience High School Diploma/GED Money handling experience. 3 Years of Administrative Experience Training in the operation of word processing, spreadsheet software, and data entry. Customer Service and/or Sales Experience. Valid State of Texas Driver's license with a good driving record. Texas Notary Public Or the ability to obtain within 12 months post-hire. Preferred Experience in the cemetery, funeral, and/or death-care-related work. Experience with document bonding and spreadsheet software. Experience with Tyler MUNIS Financials.
