Requirements Mercy Medical Center is seeking Locum Radiation Oncologist to help with ongoing coverage starting October 2024 through summer 2025Practice Setting: inpatient and outpatientReason for Coverage: gaps while we recruitDates of Coverage: October 2024 through summer 2025Call Ratio: every other weekNumber of Physicians in Practice: 2Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? yesHow Many APPs Provide Coverage? 1Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT Clinic/Office : 25Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT Call/Rounding : variable 1 per weekPatient Population for Required Coverage: Adult Office/Clinic Hospital BasedDocumentation System/EMR: meditech/ mosaiqEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days approx.Provider Must be local - only mileage is reimbursed Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy3D Radiotherapy3D conformal IMRT SBRT and SRS No brachy neededExternal Beam Radiation - 3D-CRTExternal Beam Radiation - IGRTExternal Beam Radiation - IMRTStereotactic RadiosurgeryStereotactic Body Radiation Therapy SBRTFractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Required Duties: Orders TestsOrders ImagesPrescribes**Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.**
