Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager with F&I experience to join our team!

This is a full-time position, with a five-day work week.

Salary varies between $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• 
  

  Train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all salespeople

  
  


• 
  

  Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit

  
  


• 
  

  Monitors' salesperson productivity and performance

  
  


• 
  

  Orders/acquire new and used-vehicle inventory

  
  


• 
  

  Displays, merchandises, and promotes new and used vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership

  
  


• 
  

  Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  High school or equivalent required

  
  


• 
  

  Two to four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  
  


• 
  

  State Sales License

  
  


• 
  

  Valid Driver's License with an excellent driver's record

  
  

Work location is at Hondru Chevy E-Town 2005 S. Market Street, Elizabethtown PA.
