This individual will be based in Munster, Indiana.

WORK HOURS:

Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

SUMMARY:

The Loan Servicing Associate is responsible for servicing Commercial and Consumer loan accounts and supporting the daily loan servicing duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete a variety of loan servicing duties such as uploading new and renewed loans, updating daily loan related interest rate indexes, updating ticklers, processing payments and advances, etc.
  • Contribute to and assist in overall lending operations to ensure the department runs efficiently.
  • Assist other departments of the bank to ensure an efficient operation.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education - High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience - Two (2) or more years of job-related experience.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
  • Knowledge of commercial loan policy, procedures, documentation and systems.
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
