At Gills Point S/Budget Tire, our Digital Sales Advisors are responsible for online sales, packing, and transfer of tires for shipping or delivery. They play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of various types of vehicles by providing expert services via their sales efforts. This position involves the management of our online ordering system, and picking and loading tires onto FedEx trailer or company box truck. This position also makes local tire deliveries to our area service centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to work with computers, the internet, and ordering systems

• Picking and loading Tires on FedEx trailer

• Ability to operate Box Truck for local Deliveries

• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Prior experience in a Packing/Shipping role

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Technical Proficiency: Has an understanding of basic computer programs, including the Microsoft Suite of programs, and understanding internet sites and ordering.

• Attention to Detail: Have a dedication to accuracy, precision, and diligence when handling tasks or working with customers.

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical aspects in an understandable manner.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for diagnosing issues and determining the best course of action for order issues

• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team, contributing to a cooperative work environment
