Job Description
The Data Coordinator manages Solution Center data and various assigned programs. The Data Coordinator also supports data organization, report running, monitoring performance, data integrity, and security. This role requires a background in customer service and data management. This position is designed to as an individual contributor role, however, will be working cross-functionally with various stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
Essential Functions:
§ Oversees Mavenoid Self-Service software including proactive flow design, maintenance, and reporting.
§ Creates reports by compiling data from multiple sources (such as databases, surveys, telephone surveys, self-service, etc.).
§ Performs Solution Center KPI reporting of yearly, monthly and daily metrics.
§ Identifies opportunities to share important data points and proactively drafts or updates reports.
§ Establishes relationships with internal key stakeholders and collaborates with them to understand their needs and suggest quantitative and/or self-service improvements.
§ Works cross-functionality with other departments to meet system goals.
§ Identifies and suggests improvements for operational effectiveness and efficiencies in collaboration with Solution Center Manager and Administrator.
§ Communicates with leadership to ensure a positive customer experience.
§ Enforces Positec's policies and Code of Ethics.
§ Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
§ Combination of relevant work experience and education.
§ 1+ years of proven customer service experience.
§ 6+ months of database administration.
§ Demonstrates skills in collaboration, results orientation, effective time management, and conflict resolution.
§ Positive attitude that translates into written communication; a keen sense of communication keeping Positec's best foot forward.
§ Ability to quickly switch tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced department.
§ Communicates well with other departments.
§ Understands how to draw conclusions and initiate action; connect dots from disparate information sources.
