Job Description

The Construction Project Manager will:

• provide leadership for the entire project team
• manage and develop the team for the best completion of the project and their personal growth
• build relationships with architects, subcontractors and vendors
• understand and manage contracts with subcontractors
• establish, communicate and build the project schedule
• be in charge of the budget and financial reporting
• manage the quality assurance and control on the project
• provide leadership in risk analysis, negotiation, fees and pricing

The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Project Manager will have the following:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• bachelors degree in construction management or other releated degree
• OSHA certified
• proficient with project management software
• effective communicator - both written and verbal
