Job Description
- Strategic Project Leadership: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and client expectations.
- Comprehensive Planning: Developing detailed project plans that encompass scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation while incorporating risk management strategies.
- Team Development and Mentorship: Leading and mentoring project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance across projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Financial Oversight: Managing project budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices throughout the construction process.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Reporting and Documentation: Preparing and presenting comprehensive project reports to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.

The Successful Applicant
- Extensive Experience: 7-12 years experience in construction project management, particularly in commercial, institutional, or high-end residential projects.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and high performance among project staff.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, making informed decisions that align with project goals and company objectives.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budget management, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate changing project requirements and environments, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness
