ACCOUNTANT II
Are you an experienced, results-driven property accounting professional? If so, Store Space Self Storage is looking to hire an Accountant II to join our team in Winter Garden, FL.
This position earns an annual salary starting from $57,000 based on experience. We provide excellent employer-paid benefits where the company covers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer 401(k) with company match, uncapped paid time off (PTO), and sick time.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
As an Accountant II, you are responsible for preparing and closing financial entries for monthly review, completing bank account and balance sheet reconciliations daily, and analyzing/reviewing general ledger accountants to prepare for audits. Using strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills, you will contribute to achieving 100% accuracy for all financial reporting to the business.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACCOUNTANT II
Familiarity with the commercial real estate, construction/development, or multi-family/multi-unit accounting is a plus but not required. Experience with pivot tables and lookups is preferred as well. You'll need to work independently with confidence, meeting all assigned deadlines on or before due dates with minimal errors. Also, a team player, collaborator, and willing to learn.
WORK SCHEDULE
This accounting position is full-time and onsite. Our typical office hours are between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACCOUNTANT II
- 2+ years of progressive, full-cycle accounting experience
- BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Office suite
- Strong data analytics, computer, and typing skills
