Position: Commercial Lines Team Lead - Insurance
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management level position
- Experience with a wide variety of commercial lines policies
- Must be able to multitask, delegate, and demonstrate execution a
- Must be able to interact with a wide variety of personalities
- Must have strong organizational and planning skills
- Must have the ability to implement efficiencies and problem solve
- Must have robust excel skills
- Must have good written communication skills
- CIC, CRM, or CISR preferred but not required
- Experience with Applied EPIC preferred
- Spansih speaking is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Oversee and manage Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), including coaching, disciplining, mentoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
- Help on-board new CSRs, communicate job expectations, and utilize personal expertise and skill set for training
- Evaluate individual CSR job performance semi-annually, identify and address developmental needs
- Analysis of procedures and implementing streamlining
- Train and oversee outsourced positions within department
- Delegate workload when team members are out of office (sick/vacation)
- Handle low level escalated customer service issues before elevation to upper management
- Resolve accounting disputes within department
