It will be important for the traveler to work with their unit leader for any scheduling concerns.Please confirm prior to submitting that the traveler will complete a basic Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam is required for Float Pool, Cath Lab, ER, GI Lab, ICU, CC, CICU, CVICU, IMC, IMU, L&D (only if going to Toledo), Med Surg, PACU, Pediatrics, PICU, PCU, Tele, and Step Down. Traveler has 2 chances to pass. They will need to go through clinician remediation if they do not pass their first attempt.For Ohio facilities ONLY: Fingerprinting required for these units: Patient transport, Pediatric, Peds Psych, Psych/Behavioral Health, Childrens - all specialties (clinical + non-clinical):Ohio FBI/BCI results take 4-6 weeks to result. Travelers cannot start with results pending no exceptions.
