**Must-Have:**
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, including 1-year residency
- Experience with inpatient or outpatient hospital settings

**Job Description:**
- Direct, manage, and supervise daily administrative operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop operational and financial outcome measures and monitoring systems integrated with organization-wide Quality Improvement systems
- Direct, implement, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures
- Proactively assess program effectiveness and facilitate continuous process improvement
- Develop and supervise staff, providing timely feedback and facilitating professional growth
- Plan, direct, and evaluate computer-based information and dispensing systems for efficiency
- Manage purchasing and inventory to ensure timely availability of pharmaceuticals
- Facilitate the professional growth of staff by coordinating learning opportunities
- Prepare monthly operational reports identifying areas for improvement
- Participate in departmental orientation, training, and quality assurance programs
- Engage in educational programs to maintain skill and competency levels
- Perform other tasks as requested
