Digital Product Strategist

Job Description
Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Weston, FL; 2 days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff.
- Develop and lead the digital product strategy roadmap, identifying market trends opportunities and aligning with the bank's business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify trends and opportunities for digital innovation.
- Work closely with other IT managers, system analysts, and engineers to conceptualize, design, and launch innovative digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail, commercial, and other IT teams, to ensure the digital products support business objectives.
- Prioritize and advocate for a user-first mentality by analyzing customer feedback, data analytics, and user behavior to optimize product performance.
- Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of digital products and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay informed of the latest digital technologies, platforms, and tools, recommending innovations that enhance product offerings.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from idea generation to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred.
- Experience in digital product strategy, digital marketing, or product management.
Strong understanding of digital product development, UX/UI design, and agile methodologies.
Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and user persona development.
Project management skills with a track record of launching successful digital products.
Proficient in digital platforms, tools, and analytics software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION
Minimal travel is expected.
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.
Work from office locations in Newark, OH, Orlando or Weston, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.
