Job Description

Our well-known healthcare client is looking for a Scrum Leader. This role is: - Fully remote, but prefer local for onsite strategy/planning sessions - Long term (1 year+) - 40 hours/week The ideal Scrum Leader: - 4+ years managing projects in an Agile environment - Certifications in Project Management and Scrum - Experience working for both startups and large enterprise companies; fast-paced industries like retail, software, hospitality - Transforming waterfall to agileis key so you can see patterns and add strategic value - Can handle and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, role. - Experience using project management technologies such as Azure Dev Ops, Planner, and Sharepoint. You will be working for a team inside a larger enterprise. You will: - Help deliver digital solutions and products to consumers, patients, and providers to improve their health journey. - Facilitate workflows in a scrum environment, ensuring that members of the team follow through on their respective duties and responsibilities. - Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering and Experience Design partners to ensure successful deliver - Coach the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team. - Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
