This position works within the infrastructure team responsible for the USMCA region (Americas, Canada, Mexico) & is a member of our Global Identity Services Team. You will be responsible for the administration (operation) and further development within Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory (hybrid). Another focus will be the analysis of vulnerabilities in Active Directory/Entra ID & their elimination. You will work on the further development of the service roadmap for new technologies, also with regard to interfaces and process optimizations and their transfer to regular operations. You must possess willingness to continuously develop your own specialist knowledge and keep up to date with new trends and technologies in the area of Active Directory / Entra ID and recommend ways to improve our systems and processes. Several years of professional experience in the area of Microsoft Active Directory / Identity and Access Management
Senior Directory Services Expert Responsibilities & Skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory as well as knowledge of security protocols and standards.
- Experience in integration and management of IAM systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD
- The configuration of Single Sign-On (SSO) is also part of your responsibilities
- You will process tickets via ServiceNow from our internal customers and advise them.
- Strong resource management and leadership abilities
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines as a team leader and as an individual
- Organized, self disciplined
- Ability to interact effectively with all team members and support the group's efforts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to clearly define project technical specifications
- Advanced problem evaluation and problem solving abilities
- Broad basic knowledge of network infrastructures, operating systems, applications and secure application development.
- Ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience
- Customer service skills and communication including empathy, patience and motivation
- Ability to work with colleagues with language barriers and time differences
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Knowledge of ITIL a plus
