We're currently hiring for open positions in the US and Canada. We operate in Canada as Engineered Lifting Systems and Equipment (ELS)/DBA Gorbel® Canada, and subsequent communication related to Canadian positions may show the ELS name. Job Description:
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, employees are also expected to complete other duties as required. Dependent on business needs, percent of work may change as needed. All employees are expected to have familiarized themselves with the Health & Safety and Human Resources manuals, including their responsibilities as outlined in each.
Responsibilities:
- Travel throughout International markets to visit ELS ( Destuff-it™ ) customers for the purpose of training their operation and maintenance staff on the care and use of the Destuff-it™ line of products.
- Understand production and shipping calendar to plan ELS client on-site staff training.
- Manage training budget (travel and accommodations) per job order, ensure set targets are achieved.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with active accounts.
- In collaboration with ELS ( Destuff-it™) Sales, plan cost effective solutions for coordinating product demonstrations, sales travel, and training.
- Develop plan to follow up with customers at intervals after training.
- Work with marketing and documentation manager to update the operation and maintenance manuals, training materials and associated support materials.
- Prepare training plans.
- Prepare training reports and expenses reports, update customer files.
- Update job training schedule with salesperson weekly before Production Meeting.

- Post Secondary school diploma or degree, an asset, not required.
- Demonstrates historical results-oriented customer service ability of high product knowledge and mechanically inclined.
- Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Industry experience in supply chain, material handling, warehouse, distribution and/or 3PL
- Demonstrates ability to learn technical aspect of products.
- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail and spreadsheet analysis.
- Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel
- Ability to travel - moderate overnight travel (up to 60%) must have valid driver's license. Drivers abstract will be required. Valid passport required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to communicate (speak, read, write) in both Spanish and English proficiently.
- Well organized; ability to multi-task to complete projects and requirements in a timely manner.
