MyPoint is seeking an Applications Analyst for our Kearny Mesa corporate office. This position is responsible for multiple specialized installed third-party applications throughout the credit union. Applies effective monitoring of third-party applications and databases. Adds and removes staff from accessing applications and maintains approved configurations.
Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Position may require after hours and evening work, as well as 24x7 on call support, as needed

The ideal candidate must have the following education/experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. In lieu of college degree, additional experience is required.
- Three (3) years of related IT or computer science experience, or five (5) years of related IT or computer science experience in a financial institution with no college degree.
- Experience with Symitar and Jack Henry product suite.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills of PC-based applications and hardware.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff, members, and general public.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
- Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other similar software.
