Job Summary:

Assists with operations of the Inn & Conference Center. Represents Company in a positive manner, adhering to standards Dutchman Hospitality Group upholds in speech, appearance and conduct.

Pay: $16.00 or more depending on experience

What you'll be doing

1. Assists with tours and accommodations for potential clients
2. Assists with set up, tear down and additional needs in conference center, board room and Hoosier schoolhouse room
3. Assists with hosting groups and events in accordance with contract
4. Performs baseline maintenance of all assigned areas
5. Provides front desk support as needed
6. Performs other duties as assigned by the Group Sales Coordinator or GM

2. Proven communication skills with all levels of staff
3. Strong customer service background
4. Efficiency in utilizing computer and software systems and learning new programs
5. Flexibility to work irregular hours and assist as needed to accommodate group needs including working evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary

Pay: $16.00 or more depending on experience

Job Type

1. Part-time position
2. Work rotating schedules including some evenings, weekends and holidays
3. Hours will vary during busy season
