Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Audio Visual Installation Technician at Mondo Media Solutions. The role involves designing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio visual systems, video conferencing setups, lighting, projectors, and other related equipment. While the role is primarily located in Philadelphia, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Audio Visual (AV) Systems and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Video Conferencing systems
• Knowledge of Lighting systems and Projectors
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Certifications in related fields (e.g., CTS, CEDIA) are a plus
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field preferred
