Reporting to the VP of Sales, the NAM is responsible for managing national accounts, pursuing new opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. This role is crucial in expanding the company's market presence and delivering tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of clients within the signage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and industry networking.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored signage and fixture solutions to meet business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to project delivery.
- Travel to client sites and industry events, representing the company and promoting its products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports to the VP of Sales on account progress, challenges, and areas for growth.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with specific experience in the signage industry required.
- Proven track record in national account management and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and a proactive approach to account management.
- Certifications:
- Relevant sales certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the signage industry, including manufacturing, installation processes, and industry standards.
- Results-driven with a hunter mentality focused on achieving and surpassing targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Work Environment: Remote-based role with frequent travel (approximately 50%!)(MISSING) to client sites and industry events.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 50%!t(MISSING)ravel.
