Google Cloud Platform Developer - Data Engineering

Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop efficient data pipelines using GCP services like Dataflow, Dataproc, and Data Fusion. - Extract data from various sources (databases, APIs, cloud storage) using SQL and Python. - Transform and clean data using SQL and Python to ensure data quality and consistency. - Load data into BigQuery for analysis and reporting. - Design and implement data warehouse architectures, including data modeling and schema design. - Optimize data warehouse performance and query execution. - Monitor and maintain data warehouse health. - Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover insights and trends. - Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide actionable insights. - Develop and maintain real-time data processing pipelines using tools like Dataflow and Pub/Sub. - Implement real-time analytics and alerting systems. - Analyze contact center data to identify trends, optimize operations, and improve customer experience. - Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insights. Required Skills and Experience : - 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer. - Strong proficiency in GCP services, particularly BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Data Fusion. - Expert knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling. - Experience with real-time data processing and stream processing frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and best practices. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
