Senior SAP Ariba Consultant. Location : 100% Remote Work. Duration : Long Term Ongoing. Flexible Work Schedule. Overview : We are seeking a skilled Ariba Support Consultant to work closely with business partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective use of the SAP Ariba platform. - This role focuses on providing technical and functional support for SAP Ariba modules. - The consultant will work with end-users, troubleshoot issues, manage system configurations, and ensure seamless integration with the client's procurement processes. - This role requires hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba along with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. - The consultant will act as a liaison between internal procurement teams & SAP partners, helping drive the success of Ariba deployment and adoption. Qualifications : - 5-7 years of experience working with SAP Ariba as a functional consultant. - Expertise in at least one SAP Ariba module (e.g, Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management). - Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes. - Proven track record of training and supporting external partners on technical platforms. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with partners and internal stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - SAP Ariba certification is a plus. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. - Enjoys and thrives on performing multiple tasks and responsibilities at once. - Strong ability to listen to and work with partners in real-time to resolve issues. - Can do attitude and team player. Key Responsibilities : Partner Enablement : - Provide guidance and training to partners on using Ariba modules such as Procurement, Contracts, Sourcing, and Supplier Management, etc. Technical and Functional Support : - Offer first-level and second-level support to SAP partners for system-related queries and issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve product related functional/technical issues. - Coordinate with SAP Ariba Demo Build Team for complex issues that require deep dive analysis and escalations. User Training and Documentation : - Train end-users on the effective use of SAP Ariba modules (e.g, Ariba Procurement, Ariba Contract Management, Ariba Sourcing, etc. - Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and process documentation. - Act as the go-to resource for partners for best practices related to procurement activities on Ariba. System Configuration and Maintenance : - Manage and configure Ariba modules based on business requirements. - Perform routine system testing and maintenance. - Provide input on process improvements to enhance the partner experience. Continuous Improvement : - Identify areas for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance system performance. - Stay updated with new features and releases from SAP Ariba and advise stakeholders on potential benefits. - Drive partner adoption by building strong relationships and ensuring partner satisfaction with the system.
