YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE: Build and develop relationships with customers based on trust and competence; Understand customer needs, provide support with effective handling of requests and complaints; Manage order-in through our computer systems, from which you will also analyse volumes and KPI; Work with internal and external stakeholders to satisfy the needs of client companies.
