The Opportunity Join our Merchandising team in Brugherio (MB); we are looking for a “Planner (Fashion)” - maternity cover full-time role. In this role, you will act as a liaison between Buyers (Fashion category) and Broadcasters, ensuring the long-term profitability of airtime and products and maximizing sales opportunities in the short term. This will involve in-depth demand and sales analysis to determine the optimum strategy for Brands/products, implementing them on all our platforms to achieve company Sales, Inventory, and Margin targets. Your Impact Reporting to the Planning Manager, your main responsibilities will be: Strategize items to maximize sales & margins on all QVC platforms. Identify opportunities including pricing promotions, installment payments, and free shipping. Monitor and review sales performance. Manage Fashion and cross-category Multiplatform campaigns. Partner with Buying to analyze business and develop short- and mid-term strategic plans. Stock Management Manage and action overall inventory to assigned goals. Analyze item performances and determine next actions such as re-orders, promotions, and return to vendor. Identify opportunities within category assortment based on sales trends and gaps in the inventory. Reporting Partner with Buying and Commerce Platforms to forecast, plan, and recap campaigns. Forecast with high accuracy sales and inventory providing information for the open-to-buy process. Build and explore/understand reports to gain insights in order to update Brand/product strategy during the year. What You Bring At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience of being responsible for a product area and stock management. Excellent knowledge of Excel. Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
