After Sales Coordinator

Role Overview: The After Sales Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all after-sales activities across the Business Unit. The resource will report to the Head of Quality and will manage all stages of the after-sales process, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all product quality claims, ensuring rapid resolution and implementation of preventive solutions. Issue and monitor official claims reports, ensuring accuracy and constant updating. Actively participate in monthly quality meetings for all categories, reporting claims trends and suggesting corrective actions. Interface with Store Managers (both retail and wholesale channels) and Customer Service, ensuring clear and timely communication on each claim managed. Coordinate the after-sales activities with the technicians of each Business Unit (BU) to ensure constant follow-up on claims and facilitate efficient management of after-sales processes. Work closely with the Head of Quality to implement quality solutions into business processes, ensuring continuous improvement. Your Talent: Experienced in a similar role within luxury fashion. Knowledge of the international regulations on product warranty and consumer rights. Good knowledge of English (spoken and written). Strong orientation to customers. Strong communication and reporting skills.
