YOUR ROLE Coordinate and support the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods on-time. Coordinate closely with the transport planner to ensure availability of carriers. Coordinate with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower. Manage express deliveries to cover rush orders. Keep and assure Master data updates. Monitor deliveries ongoing via track & trace tool. Manage transport complaints. Provide reconciliation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing / Finance. Provide transport KPI reports to support carrier performance review. J-18808-Ljbffr
