We are looking for a Logistics Team Manager, to work alongside our existing Logistics team in Frimley, could this be you?

Pay: £35,306 - £37,513, paid monthly + OTE up to £2000/ annum
Contract: 45 hours/ week (5 over 7 days to include some weekends), holiday pay, pension, and life assurance.

What will I do as a Logistics Team Manager:
Working with the support of your Regional Logistics Manager, you will empower your team of driver’s to consistently deliver exceptional brand standards. You will manage a 24-hour transport operation ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and drivers comply with traffic and driver’s hours’ rules. You will be responsible for the depot’s budget and will ensure all relevant KPI’s are met.
What we’re looking for in aLogistics Team Manager:
Previous management experience ideally within a similar working environment and or industry.
A people focused manager who is supportive of an inclusive culture and environment.
A meticulous manager, who is compliance and cost control minded.
Flexibility to start work between the hours of 3:30am and 8am predominantly Monday to Friday, but occasionally on weekends too.
Ideally you will hold a Full UK driver License, C1 Licence, Driver CPC and Digi Tachograph.
Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
