Pay £13.00 per hour on weekdays, £14.00 at the weekends.
Hours Full or part time available.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the role of a Support Worker in the Carlisle area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team looking after a young man living with cerebral palsy and brain injury.
We are searching for an experienced Support Worker who shares our belief that disability is not a barrier and doesn’t have to stop anyone from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences. Please note that full driving license is required for this role.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive pay rates: £13.00-£14.00 per hour.
Weekly pay.

Client and Role:
The client is a non-verbal young male with complex needs, living with cerebral palsy.
Complex care support – including peg feeding, moving & handling, medication administration and personal care
We are looking for workers who are playful, engaging and establish a bond with the client.
Activities in the community, swimming, music therapy, taking the client out for walks activities in the home – following sensory integration and physio programmes.
Successful Applicant:
Must be able to drive - a company vehicle will be provided during work hours.
Previous experience of 6 months in care is essential – training will be provided.
Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends).
Experience working with clients living with brain injuries is desirable.
Personal care is involved.
