Are You Fluent in Italian?
Do you have telesales experience or telemarketing experience?
Or are you just a natural on the phone – an engaging relationship builder?
The this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
You would be joining an established B2B Telemarketing business primarily operating in the technology sectors across Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics supply chain.
This is a growing company with opportunities for progression, working with some of the worlds most respected businesses, that has an enviable reputation in the sectors it serves.
Note this is a true Telemarketing role – all information gathering – no sales whatsoever.
Also no late nights or weekend working. It’s 8.30am to 5pm with 2 days WFH.
And on a Friday you finish at 1pm!
So if you are fluent in Italian and have the talent to be a great Telemarketer or want to use your Sales experience without the pressure of sales then this is the place to be
About the job
My Client is one of the UKs leading telemarketing businesses and they are looking for a consultative and dynamic Telemarketing professionals work on a varied range of lead generation campaigns both in the UK and Italy – but mainly Italy.
You will be highly motivated, very determined and have an innovative approach to your work able to offer leading edge solutions in high value environments.
You will be gathering information from Senior Executives – mainly board level so professionalism and attention to detail is a must. This role requires more than being able to make professional phone calls as you will be communicating and nurturing high level contacts via a variety of different digital channels, including LinkedIn, Zoominfo and email. A high level of digital savviness is a must.
You day to day will be:
* Market research
* Lead generation
* Data validation
* Research Interviews
* Client facing strategy meetings
* Managing data and campaigns
You will bring to the role:
* Experience within either sales, market research, telemarketing, telesales or a business development type role
* Good business acumen with the ability to assimilate and absorb a variety of product information is key to success in this role
* Target & result-driven
You will have:
* A great telephone manner
* Be Fluent in Italian
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
What you will get in return:
Good Salary
Yearly Bonus £3K paid monthly
1pm finish on Fridays
2 days WFH after 3 months probation
